More Flying.
Less Friction.
Owning an aircraft should expand your options, not your inbox. ARM operates as a single point of accountability — coordinating maintenance, dispatch, crew, regulatory compliance, and charter revenue under one team. The result: more time in the air, lower operating cost per hour, and full visibility into how your asset performs.

Four Disciplines, One Team.
Aircraft management isn't a single service — it's the coordination of operations, maintenance, crew, and finance into one accountable program. ARM runs all four in-house at Teterboro, so nothing falls between vendors and every decision is made with your aircraft's economics in mind.

Operational Management
Flight scheduling, dispatch, trip planning, and 24/7 ops out of Teterboro. We coordinate every leg — permits, handling, catering, ground transport — so the only thing on your calendar is takeoff time.
Maintenance Coordination
In-house maintenance at our Teterboro facility under the direction of Wade Carter, our Director of Maintenance. Inspections, AD compliance, scheduled and unscheduled work — managed to FAA Part 135 and manufacturer standards, with full digital records for resale value.
Crew Staffing & Training
ARM staffs every aircraft with ATP-rated pilots holding type ratings on managed equipment. Crews complete semi-annual full-motion simulator training under FAR Part 135 — exceeding the recurrency required of corporate flight departments.
Financial Management
Monthly financial reporting on every dollar your aircraft earns and spends — fuel, maintenance, crew, charter revenue, depreciation. Combined with our charter program, most owners offset 40-70% of fixed operating costs without compromising personal availability.
